I have read numerous threads on here about people having a hard time getting similar Iomega devices to work but the solutions have not worked for me.So far i have uninstalled AVG free completely and made an 'exception' to everything about Iomega in Windows Defender. I have tried deleting all things Iomega and reinstalling it all when the device is plugged back in.It hasnt changed anything -The only response i get is an Iomega dialogue box pop up saying 'please insert a supported device' with a few tick boxes for altering how the app runs (nothing relating to reading the device or anything useful). It should open the exact same box but askingfor the password instead. This used to work on the same laptop BEFORE the windows 10 update, but has always been highly selective as to what computers it works on.Please help, this is driving me nuts.
